WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a non-invasive, holistic energy healing practice rooted in ancient Japanese traditions. It works with the body’s natural energy system by channeling universal life force energy to support balance, relaxation, and overall well-being.
During a session, energy is transmitted through the hands of the practitioner and works with the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki does not involve physical manipulation and is experienced in a calm, supportive environment. Each session is unique, but many people report feeling deeply relaxed, centered, and at ease.
At Peaceful Reiki Healing, sessions are guided with compassion and intention, honoring each individual’s unique journey.
What is Reiki?
Just for today, I will not be angry.
Just for today, I will not worry.
Just for today, I will be grateful.
Just for today, I will do my work honestly.
Just for today, I will be kind to every living thing.

Just for today … is a reminder to focus on one day at a time …
The 5 Reiki Principles
Distance Reiki is available for those who are out of the area or unable to attend an in-person session. Distance healing follows the same principles as in-person Reiki and is approached with the same care, intention, and respect for each individual’s energy.
Distance Healing
Reiki is not a system of religious beliefs. It is an energy-balancing practice that supports personal growth, relaxation, and well-being.
Reiki is intended to complement, not replace, medical care or treatment. Many individuals choose Reiki alongside other wellness or medical modalities as part of a holistic approach to health.
Reiki is increasingly recognized and used in medical and wellness settings, including hospitals and integrative care centers.
